6.1 Types of Products: We offer various digital products including flashcards, worksheets, PDFs, templates, recordings, ebooks, and pre-recorded lessons.
6.2 License: Purchases grant a personal-use license only. Users may not resell, copy, distribute, upload publicly, or share with others.
6.3 Delivery: Products are delivered via download link, email, or user account area.
6.4 Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Payments must be completed before accessing classes or downloads. We use secure third-party processors and do not store card information. For failed payments or disputes, access may be paused.
We maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund. Parents must supervise young children online.
All class materials, digital products, curriculum, videos, website content, designs, and branding belong to OmmSulaim Academy and cannot be reproduced or distributed.
We are not responsible for internet issues, device issues, losses caused by user misuse, or expected memorization results. We provide educational support, not guaranteed outcomes.
